PlayStation 5 Tormented Souls II

Game shipped with sufficient bubblewrap but the disc still arrived with disc loose inside. They did not packed as they do with other platform which they pad it with carton. I am frequent buyer so i this is a rare instance i received it in this kind of packaging again and i am not sure if it could have prevented the issue. But thanks anyway as the item arrived with no damage just a slight fold in the disc cover.
