When dry, it forms an impervious & highly elastic seamless sealing film, highly resistant to heat & cold.USE: Rubberized Liquid Asphalt is applied on: • Rain & Water Exposed Surfaces - roof-sealing, roof repairs, terraces, balconies, underground garages. • Rising Moisture Areas - Cellars, floor slabs. • Ground Moisture, Meteoric & impounded water - foundations & cellar walls, firewalls. It is highly recommended to apply topcoat with any elastomeric, latex, acrytex, floor, roofing paint to protect and prevent from washing out.🦺SURFACE PREPARATION & APPLICATION:1.All surfaces must be clean free from dirt, oil & grease. 2.The residual water of the preceding coat must have evaporated before the next coat is applied.It is recommended during application that all the working equipment is to be moistened with water before use & to be rinsed from time to time in order to prevent the compound from setting.Notice:1.
