1 Qualifications

All products sold in our store meet the certification requirements of the United States, the European Union, and other regions, and we hold the relevant certificates.You can find detailed information about the certificates on the bottom of the packing list on the product details page, or you can contact us directly to obtain it.We can provide you with certificates, as well as services such as labeling and applying shipping marks to cartons.Please note that once production of these items begins, they cannot be canceled. If you are concerned about this, please place your order with caution.

2 about Invoices

Our company's quoted price is exclusive of tax. Please contact customer service if you need an invoice. To issue an invoice, you need to provide your company name, tax identification number, and other relevant information to customer service. For special invoices, payment must be made from a business account to a business account; for regular invoices, there are no restrictions on payment methods. Invoices will be issued within 3 business days after receiving complete documentation and a VAT invoice payment made to the company. Please note: Invoices may not be issued for orders with a small amount. Please contact customer service for details.

3 About the pass rate

We produce toys that offer excellent value for money, not handcrafted items or luxury goods.Our products boast a high quality, with a pass rate of approximately 98%. For the remaining 2% that may have quality issues, we are exempt from liability in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.Minor scratches or slight color fading may occur during production and transportation. These are considered minor issues and do not affect normal use. However, if there is significant damage or complete loss of function that affects usability, it is considered a serious issue. The seller is responsible for replacing products with serious quality issues.For minor issues that do not affect functionality or resale value, exchanges are accepted. However, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please consider this before purchasing if you are concerned about minor imperfections.

4 Regarding After-Sales Service

All our products undergo rigorous testing before shipment, ensuring their quality.Plastic toys should be carefully inspected upon delivery, and damaged items can be refused.If there are quality issues after you sign for the package but before you use the product, you can return or exchange it for free. Damaged or missing parts will be replaced. Any shortages or omissions will be replenished free of charge with your next order. For individual replacements, you will need to cover the shipping costs.

5 about Return and Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders unless there is a quality issue. Distributor orders support 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges, but the following conditions must be met: the product must not affect resale; otherwise, returns will be treated as 40% off and a full refund cannot be issued; we are not responsible for return shipping costs for no-reason returns; and we do not accept return shipments with postage due.
