The vacuum bag was intact. The mother-and-son soy sauce pork has a bright and tempting color, with a perfect balance of fat and lean meat—about 30% fat and 70% lean. After slicing, I steamed it for fifteen minutes, and the whole house was filled with a rich soy and wine aroma. It was juicy without being greasy, and the lean meat was firm and chewy, not dry at all. The seasoning was just right, no extra salt needed, and it paired perfectly with rice.

I tried the mother-son soy sauce pork from this place for the first time, and I was really impressed. The meat was super fresh, and you could tell it was high-quality pork, free from that frozen taste. The soy sauce flavor was fully absorbed into the meat, and after steaming, it looked so appetizing. The texture was a pleasant surprise; the fatty parts melted in my mouth, while the lean parts got tastier the more I chewed. It's perfect for slicing a few pieces as a side with my morning porridge or tossing in some stir-fry at dinner. The taste was just fantastic!
