All screens are printed with the MS identification logo for product traceability. Please strictly follow the test specifications before formal full installation:Do NOT peel off the original protective film and attached labels at any stage of the pre-test. Mobile phone screens are delicate precision electronic components. You must complete the loose connection test with the original protective film fully intact before permanent assembly.Mock Test Operation Steps:Loosely connect the screen cable assembly to the phone motherboard only; do not fully snap the screen into the middle frame.Power on the device and run a comprehensive function inspection, covering display brightness, touch sensitivity, color uniformity, screen streaks and dead pixels.Only carry out formal installation when all functions pass the test with zero defects.Never squeeze, apply heavy pressure or bend the screen’s flexible circuit and IC chip area. Improper extrusion will lead to permanent, irreversible damage to the screen panel.Installation Warning: Do not press the screen hard and do not over-tighten the bottom screws. Frame pressure may cause backlight white spots on the screen.Detailed description:FAQ:Q1: Why are there colored spots on the screen?Answer: All our screens are tested before shipment and function properly. Colored spots occur when foreign objects get trapped between the screen and the phone during installation, pressing against the screen IC. Disassemble the screen, clear the debris inside, and flatten the IC; the colored spots will disappear.Q2: Why is the screen black, unresponsive, randomly touching, or flickering?Answer: Touch failure is caused by incorrect installation of the flex cable. Power off the phone by removing the battery, reposition the flex cable properly, then restart the device.Q3: Why does the screen show distorted or overlapping images?Answer: This issue is caused by dust and foreign matter on the flex cable connector. Simply wipe the connector clean.Q4: Why does the screen display a pink tint?Answer: The pink hue results from customized color display settings. Reset the color mode to default in your phone’s Settings.Q5: Why is the screen loose after installation?Answer: Looseness happens due to insufficient adhesive applied during installation or inadequate curing time after gluing. Reapply adhesive and leave the phone undisturbed for 12 to 24 hours before use.Q6: Does this screen support under-display fingerprint?Answer: It depends on the screen material you choose. OLED screens generally support the under-display fingerprint function, while TFT screens do not. Please pay attention when placing your order.About OLED Under-Display Fingerprint Function:Q1: Does this screen support under-display fingerprint?A: The OLED screens we sell support fingerprint recognition, with a dedicated sensing area reserved on the screen. If the fingerprint sensor worked well on your original old screen, it will function normally after you install this new screen.Q2: How to activate the fingerprint function of the new screen?A: After installation, delete all previously saved fingerprints on your phone and register new fingerprints. Once registration is finished, unlock the phone with your lock screen password for the first time. When the screen lights up the second time, you can unlock directly with your fingerprint, and the fingerprint function will be fully activated.Q3: Why is the fingerprint function unavailable after screen replacement?A: All our screens pass fingerprint function inspection before shipment. If the fingerprint fails to work, there are usually two causes:1.The fingerprint sensor is damaged, or the fingerprint area is improperly assembled;2.Faults on the No.1 or No.2 main board flex cables. We recommend replacing the above components and testing the fingerprint function again afterwards.Note: If you have any questions, please contact our customer service!Shipping:1.
