Very satisfied! The setup is simple and easy to use, with various unlocking methods to meet different needs. The external camera is also very clear, smart, convenient, and safe. The matching installer was also professional, providing a great experience!

To be honest, it has some room for improvement. First, the sound alerts are really quiet, even quieter than the lock mechanism, and the doorbell is also faint—you have to stand right next to the door to hear it. Second, the camera angle seems a bit too high, so someone coming up the stairs can only be seen when they reach the door, while those going up can only be seen from behind. Third, the camera quality could be better; the photos taken in the hallway with the lights on are quite blurry, and it's even worse without any lights. Finally, there was a small issue with the installation—although my original door lock was a bit unique, the custom lock cylinder had a screw hole that didn’t align, so the installer had to drill a new hole and use rivets. I thought I’d share these points as they might help others in deciding.
