QINGXI | Matcha Powder for Baking and Beverages 15g

Ordered last Aug 11, just arrived today (Aug 18). Actually ordered the other variants as well but for some reason, the package was intercepted… First time trying this brand! This matcha is equivalent to a culinary grade I believe (probably obvious with the color as well). When it comes to taste (only tried with o*tly without any sweetener), the umami and vegetal is highly noted but with blandness as well (added 1tsp of sweetener afterwards and it’s good I guess). There’s a tiny bit of astringency as well. I can’t find any bittersweet at all (probably because of the oat milk) (EDIT: After an hour, there was a bit of bitterness in it). Will I buy this again? Maybe not but it’s a good experience (daily wise? will choose other matcha instead). Will try to order the other variants!
