This shopping experience was not satisfactory. The lighting is dim and does not meet the illumination needs. I was initially disappointed and considered returning it. There was no indication that the built-in battery of the light could not be returned, and I had no prior knowledge of this. The seller was uncooperative when I attempted to return the product. I suggested sending it back myself, but they maintained a firm stance against accepting returns and provided no alternative solutions. Despite offering to cover the return shipping costs myself, the seller still refused to take on any responsibility for shipping fees or losses. It's frustrating to pay for a product that doesn't meet expectations and have to deal with a lack of cooperation from the seller. I recommend being cautious before making a purchase like this.
