I previously bought a plastic yoga stick, which felt lightweight and slippery. This solid wood one feels substantial in hand but not heavy, and it doesn't get cold in winter. The wood is smoothly polished without any burrs and doesn't become slippery with sweat. It looks nice at home, unlike some colorful gym equipment. Holding it while practicing yoga feels stable, so I don't have to focus on gripping it, allowing me to relax more during exercises.

I've got a bit of a slouch, and it makes me look less energetic no matter what I wear. I've been using this stick to pull my shoulders back while watching shows every day for over a month, and it's really opened up my shoulders. Friends say my back looks slimmer, even though my weight hasn't changed—it's just improved posture. Now, I'm much more confident wearing T-shirts. You don't need to learn any complicated moves; just pulling like this works great for lazy people.
