As the motherboard screen is fragile, please power it on to check that the screen is functioning correctly upon receipt before soldering. The screen flex cable may cause screen distortion or breakage if subjected to external pressure; please take care to protect the screen during use.2. Under normal use, the battery leads are soldered in place. Connection methods such as twisting wires, using crocodile clips or spring clips may result in insufficient power supply, affecting charging and discharging. The positive and negative terminals of the battery must be properly insulated to prevent damage caused by accidental contact with the motherboard during use.3. Connect the positive terminal of the battery to the ‘B+’ pin on the main board and the negative terminal to the ‘B-’ pin. Do not reverse the polarity, as this will burn out the main board. Burn marks on the ICs indicate this has occurred; such damage only happens when the polarity is reversed or there is accidental contact.4. Use a 3.7V ternary lithium battery; lithium iron phosphate batteries must not be used. Connect the batteries in parallel; do not connect them in series, as the excessive voltage in a series connection will burn out the main board.5. The mainboard has built-in protection; therefore, no separate battery protection board is required for soldered batteries. Battery protection boards limit current; exceeding this limit will cause the output to be cut off.Kit Assembly Instructions:1. As the mainboard’s screen is fragile, please power on the unit upon receipt to test that the screen is functioning correctly before soldering. The screen flex cable may cause screen distortion or shatter if subjected to external pressure; please take care to protect the screen during use.2. For normal use, the battery leads must be soldered directly to the board. Connection methods such as twisting wires, using crocodile clips or spring clips may result in insufficient power supply, affecting charging and discharging. The positive and negative terminals of the battery must be properly insulated to prevent damage caused by accidental contact with the main board during use.3. Use a 3.7V lithium-ion battery; lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries must not be used. Connect the batteries in parallel; do not connect them in series, as the excessive voltage in a series connection will burn out the main board.5. The circuit board features built-in protection; therefore, no separate battery protection board is required for the soldered batteries. Battery protection boards impose current limits; exceeding these limits will cause the output to be disconnected.6. Once the mainboard and battery have been installed, the battery must be secured with adhesive tape. For certain battery models where there is a thickness discrepancy with the casing, check whether a spacer is required to prevent the casing from feeling sunken when pressed after assembly. Any issues such as battery rattling or a sunken casing resulting from failure to check the thickness difference during assembly or to secure the battery with adhesive tape are deemed to be due to improper assembly on the part of the user. We accept no liability for damage to the casing or battery caused by disassembly.7. The casing is snap-fit and cannot be disassembled repeatedly. Please ensure you thoroughly test the mainboard’s output, fast charging input, buttons and display functions to confirm they are working correctly before closing the casing. It is best to carry out several charge-discharge cycles to verify there are no issues before closing the casing. Any problems arising from assembling and closing the casing immediately upon receipt without prior testing shall be deemed the result of improper assembly on your part; we accept no liability for damage to the casing or battery caused by disassembly.Instructions for Use:1. Regarding the activation of mobile phone fast charging: mobile phone fast charging is categorised into public and proprietary protocols. This mainboard utilises an intelligent fast-charging chip that is compatible with mainstream public fast-charging protocols available on the market, meeting the fast-charging requirements of various mobile phone brands. Please confirm before placing your order whether your mobile phone is compatible with public protocols to avoid the fast-charging function failing to activate!2. Regarding heat generation from the mainboard during charging: whilst the power bank is in operation, current flows through the mainboard and chips, and energy conversion results in some loss. This loss is dissipated as heat. During fast charging, the higher power output results in more noticeable heat generation; this is a normal physical phenomenon.3. The digital display may show an inaccurate battery level immediately after connecting the battery. The battery gauge supports a self-learning function for battery capacity and will display the correct level after a few charge and discharge cycles.Package Contents:Package 1: Module x1 + Wiring x2Package 2: Module x1 + Housing x1 + Accessories x1
