Fully charged only. Nickel strip thickness must not exceed 0.15mm.2. Control pressure during welding. Heavier pressure reduces heat output; lighter pressure increases heat. However, too light pressure may puncture the plate, while excessive force may cause poor bonding. Apply moderate pressure without excessive force.3. Ensure the battery surface is smooth and polished, removing oxidation layers and irregularities. If the welding tip becomes oxidized and blackened, polish it smooth with fine sandpaper.4. Use the very tip of the pen for welding to ensure a stronger bond.Welding Method:Hold the welding tip at a 60° angle to the horizontal plane. Press both needle tips firmly against the nickel strip surface to ensure good contact.
