I keep forgetting to leave a review. The system probably just gave it a default good rating. These are so hard to wear, and my heel slips out constantly! There's no arch support at all in the sole, so my feet get really tired walking in them! I wore them once and then put them away. I told customer service that my heel kept slipping, and they just kept telling me to buy half-size inserts or something. I told them I have them, and I tried them, and my heel still slips! Customer service just repeated the same few phrases, constantly urging me to buy this and try that myself. Useless! They make such terrible shoes and then expect you to buy extra gear! These are very, very bad shoes!!! Don't buy them!!!...!!!

Looks great, makes your feet look smaller, and easy to pair with outfits.
