DescriptionThe racket is internally filled with EPP foam, surrounded by a layer of EPP foam and an outer layer of EVA. The handle is made of 8mm-thick polymer honeycomb material, with the outermost layer composed of yellow foam wrapped in carbon fiber fabric. A hot-melt adhesive is applied over the carbon plate (which consists of three layers of longitudinal Toray carbon fiber), then the carbon fiber plate is bonded to the core and placed into a mold for heat forming. After 25 minutes of heat forming, the semi-finished GEN5 Pickleball racket is obtained. The racket is then sent to the polishing workshop for surface finishing, followed by UV printing to complete the design. Next, a PU grip sleeve is installed, TPU protective strips are added along the edges, and grip tape with rubber rings is applied. Each completed racket undergoes inspection by the quality control department—every finished product must pass rigorous quality checks. Finally, we produce a fully assembled GEN5 Pickleball racket.Additionally, our carbon fiber face features a higher surface roughness (Rt50–65), an exceptional value.
