The most noticeable feeling is that when I walk or run, there's more cushioning in the heel and forefoot, and my knees feel much lighter when I land. The non-slip gel on the back of the insole keeps it steady in the shoe and prevents any movement. The material is breathable, so my feet don’t feel stuffy. Overall, for those who exercise frequently or need to walk or stand for long periods, this is a great upgrade that offers excellent value for the money.

These insoles are amazing for military training! The previous insoles were too thin, and standing for a long time would make my feet hurt. Plus, I have sweaty feet, and in summer, my shoes would smell so bad, which was really embarrassing. But after switching to these insoles, it's so much more comfortable! They feel super soft underfoot, and I can stand all day without any pain. They absorb sweat and keep odor at bay, so my feet stay dry and fresh all day long, with no unpleasant smells at all.
