New 36T Helical Ratchet System

The new GOLDIX R310 series features a comprehensive upgrade to the ratchet engagement structure, engagement surface and surface treatment process.

The upgraded design is intended to improve:

Compared with the previous structure using the same number of ratchet teeth, the new design increases the effective engagement area by approximately 20%.

A larger engagement surface helps distribute pedaling load over a wider contact area, reducing localized stress and improving transmission stability.

More Stable Power Transfer

The increased contact area provides greater engagement redundancy between the two ratchet rings.

This helps maintain stable engagement under changing pedaling loads and provides more reliable power transmission.

Helical Engagement Design

The optimized helical tooth profile helps guide the two ratchet rings into engagement more smoothly and precisely.
