The customer service was a bit confusing. I received my inflatable tent and pump and asked if there was an installation video. They initially said to just set it up normally, but eventually sent a video that was for a different brand. It could have been more helpful.

The air column doesn't hold up for too long, around 12 hours before it starts to sag. The customer service mentioned that's normal, but I've used other inflatable tents before without this issue. The air pump isn't the best either; it struggles to inflate if there's even a slight crease, and you sometimes have to do it manually to get it to stand. Not very convenient!
