Victor Frankenstein is a young scientist who creates a monster by assembling body parts from corpses and bringing it to life through scientific experimentation. The monster is rejected by society and vows revenge on his creator Frankenstein. The monster kills Frankenstein's brother and later his bride Elizabeth on their wedding night. Frankenstein spends the rest of his life trying to track down and kill the monster, eventually dying in the Arctic while pursuing it.
