Confirm the master ruler value

First, read the value of the 0 point of the sub-scale scale in the main scale scale, and take an integer when the main scale value is in the middle of the two values (take the smaller value); (As shown in the figure, the value of the main ruler is between 18 and 19MM, and the position of A =18MM)

Confirm the subruler value
