I'm ve y satisfied with the product and there was also a freebie - a maped pen. thank you seller! you even placed an inflated plastic inside to make sure that the crayon set is snuggled inside so it won't be shaken and prevent getting damaged.\n\nHOWEVER! the box was opened! from the side. it was very convincing to think that the box was opened so whoever did it would know what was inside - contrary to what the deliverer said that it was because it was wet - which was of course for me a very poor reflection of their responsible handling of product - the deliverer even added that I could just return it - which is kind of infuriating because the main reason why you opted to buy online is because of the convenience!... not because you will have to spend further money, time and effort, to return the thing you bought... stress*
