0.1–2000MHz 30dB High Gain RF Wideband Signal Amplifier Low-Noise Amplifier Development Board Module

Tips for using this amplifier:1、This amplifier exhibits excellent gain flatness at operating frequencies below 500MHz; with careful adjustment, this can be reduced to less than 1dB. Higher consistency of gain is achieved at lower frequencies.2、The amplifier's lower operating frequency limit is constrained by input and output capacitance. With default capacitance of 0.1μF, it operates down to 0.1MHz. Appropriately increasing input/output capacitance extends this lower limit; for instance, 10μF enables operation down to 5kHz. For detailed calculations, note that the input/output impedance is 50 ohms. Calculate the required capacitance values while enhancing decoupling and voltage regulation of the power supply.3、When the supply voltage varies between 5-8V, it functions as a variable-gain amplifier, with gain increasing proportionally with supply voltage. This is highly suitable for RF receiver front-end circuits, where a digital-analogue converter (DAC) controls the supply voltage to regulate amplifier gain, thereby achieving automatic gain control.4、At supply voltages between 8-10V, low-frequency gain reaches 30dB. At this point, the amplifier exhibits a low noise figure and excellent stability.5、At 12V supply voltage, gain reaches its maximum value, with low-frequency gain attaining 32.5dB.
