I was looking for a nice, sharp, “something Japanese” knife that I can use when I’m making sushi rolls. Then I saw this short clip showing how this knife looks different, not only that it is also sharp.\n\nThe marketing seemed to work for me. On hand this is really very nice with marks of hammering suggesting this is an artisan work. Very nice to hold, sharp, and very sturdy.
