It's really too soft. I asked customer service not to make it too soft, and they said it wasn't soft! The whole thing is filled with sponge. My back hurts from sleeping on it; it hurt the first day, and it still does the second day. Fabric material: average. Product quality: too soft. Overall review: The sponge pad is too soft, too soft. Customer service, I want to ask. I already said I didn't want it soft, so why did you tell me this wasn't soft? You can even pinch it to the thickness of cardboard with your hand, and you still call that not soft????

The mattress is super soft, and the kid said it's really comfy when they laid on it. We got the 9cm one, and the thickness is just right.
