FORMULATION: Each mL contains: Retinol palmitate (Vit. A).....15,000 IU

Cholecalciferol (Vit. D₃)......1,000 IU

dl-alpha Tocopheryl acetate (Vit. E)... 20 mg

Thiamine hydrochloride (Vit. B₁).....10 mg

Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Vit. B₂)....... 5 mg

Nicotinamide (Vit. B3).........35 mg

Pantothenol (Vit. B5)........25 mg

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6)......3 mg

Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12)...50 µg

INDICATIONS: Multivitamin injection is indicated in the prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiencies in animals, particularly during periods of illness, convalescence and general unthriftiness.

DOSAGE and ADMINISTRATION: By intramuscular or subcutaneous injection:

Poultry:0.3-0.5 mL Piglets up to 20 lbs (9 kg):0.5-2 mL. Weaners and Lambs:2-5 mL Calves, Foals, Sheep, Pigs Pigs and Goats:5-10 mL Horses & Cattle:20-30 mL

DOSAGE and ADMINISTRATION (contn.): The injection may be repeated at intervals of 10-14 days. Aseptic precautions must be observed when using this product.

Clean the area of the injection site and swab with spirit. Ensure that all injection equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sterilized before use.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: Zero days.
