FORMULATION:

Each kg contains:

AVISTAT-PLUS contains 1% Pyrimethamine Hydrochloride with iron, cobalt, copper, folic acid and Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

ACTIONS AND INDICATIONS:

AVISTAT-PLUS is a combination of an antimalaria /antileucocytozoon preparation PYRIMETHAMINE and hematinic elements (elements that increase the hemoglobin content of blood for blood cell production) iron, cobalt, copper, folic acid and Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

In Avian Malaria Avian Leucocytozoonosis infections where there is an extensive red blood cell destruction Vitamin B12 together with iron, copper, cobalt and folic acid helps replace the invelid and destroyed red blood cells.

AVISTAT PLUS is indicated for treatment of Avian Malaria and Leucocytozoonosis in poultry.

DOSAGE

Treatment-908-1, 135 g/ton of feeds or mix 12 g/10 liters of drinking water given continuously for 1 week.

Use in poultry only. Keep in close container and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid breathing dust of AVISTAT-PLUS during handling and mixing.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

5 days before slaughter
