This pot is really bad. It's not as good as the cheaper ones I've bought before. The first time I used it, white marks appeared that I couldn't wash off. I didn't contact customer service then, but now there are more and more marks, and I haven't even used it much. When I finally contacted customer service, they claimed I used a steel scourer and detergent. I don't even own a steel scourer, so how could I use one? And detergent? It's ridiculous if their pot can't even handle detergent. Customer service told me to use citric acid and other cleaners, and when I asked if this would happen again, they said yes. So, I have to clean it like this every time I cook? Am I buying a pot to cook or to play around with cleaning? The customer service attitude was terrible. I said I wanted a refund, and they just said there was nothing they could do. Seriously, I'm just giving up. Guys and girls who are thinking of buying this, beware! Make sure you're okay with these marks before you order.

The texture is nice, but it leaves some white spots when boiling water that won't come off.
