Reasons for the inability to read the disc: The optical drive of the console has failed to reset properly. Reason 1: The optical drive has not been used for an extended period. Reason 2: The optical drive has remained in the same position for too long.

Solution Please reposition the console. For example, if you normally use it standing upright, lay it flat, or even try turning it upside down. Let the console read the disc from multiple different angles. Once the Blu-ray (BD) disc can be read successfully, it indicates the optical drive has returned to normal.

If this does not resolve the issue, stand the console upright and gently tap the optical drive area with both hands. This action typically resets the drive.
