The quality is not what I expected, and I realized I need to return it. I wish I had checked the return policy beforehand!

I bought it but didn't need it right away, so I hadn't installed it yet. I thought the wheels would be easy to attach, but it turned out to be quite challenging! I recommend avoiding the wheeled version as the wheels were tricky to put on. The tool provided didn’t quite match up, and when I asked customer service, they said to just press and twist. We spent over an hour trying, and one wheel just wouldn’t go on no matter what. I let customer service know there was an issue, but they said it was too late for a resolution.
