This is a well-made, sturdy, and larger inversion bench. It's not the Super premium model with built-in heat and massage but it's similar to other higher end models so I have purchased and used for years in the US. I picked this model for its features and also because it supports up to 2 m in height and almost 2 times my weight. The height adjustments would easily go several additional inches above my 6 ft height.\n\nAssembly was relatively easy but I have put several of these together. The instructions do not include English or any Western language. The diagrams while small can be an enlarged through camera or magnifying glass for adequate comprehension. The operational recommendations of course are not usable and that is not good for people that aren't very familiar with these inversion tables.

Good quality product. looks good, performs as hoped. it came direct from China, it took like 3 weeks plus. box was beat up, and the pads were scuffed up, but performance is not affected. \nNEGATIVE: It took forever to assemble because the instructions are in Mandarin! also the wrench provided wouldn't fit some of the nuts, they were not all the same size. Allen wrench provided was tiny and difficult to use.\nI recommend it
