REVIEW UPDATE: \nB.E.W.A.R.E. The heat function (at least with the unit I got) is NOT working properly. Meaning, regardless if you adjust it from 2200 down to 120 degrees, heat remains at the highest. I burned a lot of food I’ve tried cooking in 30 secs. Its function is mainly just on and off. It’s only good for boiling water. If you try to fry anything, you have to be attentive and turn it off after counting 20 SECONDS count to 5 then turn it on and off after another 20secs. If you don’t do that, your food will burn to charcoal. I can’t stand it so I filed for return and refund.\n\n1st Review: \nTook almost 4 weeks in shipping but still arrived earlier than expected. Sealed box with styrofoam support inside. Complete item with user manual. Labels are in Chinese so had to Google Translate. It has pretty straightforward functions. It heats up in no time. I sampled boiling water and it boiled in less than 2mins. It has some burning plastic smell most likely because it’s new and will go away over time. the fan sound is decent and manageable. The unit has weight and seems built with durability. The heating area is all white. Hope it doesn’t darken.
