I tried using the gas stove and noticed that the edges of the larger pot got a bit charred when I turned up the heat. I had to keep the flame on the lowest setting to avoid burning things, which required a lot of flipping. It’s supposed to make my cooking easier, not create extra work! It’s challenging to get even heat distribution; I found myself rotating it to try and get everything to cook properly. I switched to an induction stove, but I noticed that the sides don’t cook as well, and the center tends to burn while the edges take longer to cook through. I was using low heat, so it's a bit tricky to manage, but overall it's an interesting cooking experience.
