This shut-off valve is compact, and once installed, it doesn't get in the way. Previously, I had to close the water when it was full, but now it's much easier. It doesn't require electricity, and it effectively solves a big problem with a small solution.

I still think the first type of float valve is the best; it works even better than I expected, haha. It's sensitive and reliable, stopping the water right where it should. If the water level drops, it lets more water in, so I don't have to worry about it not shutting off.
