The customer service is really great. They are attentive and thorough. They even included a face shield and a helmet bag. But what really stands out is the standard sizing of the helmet, which fits perfectly. The quality is impressive with delicate craftsmanship and excellent paint finish. This carbon fiber helmet is definitely better than the ABS and fiberglass options I compared. Nothing beats a user's recommendation over any award or recognition.
