This knife arm really does a great job stabilizing the rear wheel trajectory and provides ample support for the vehicle. Installing it is quite an effort, but it makes sense since the knife arm provides significant support to the rear half of the vehicle. High-strength screws and holes need precise adjustments, so pay special attention when installing, especially getting the angle right. The front end connects to the frame with high-strength screws that must be tightened only once; if the angle is off, adjusting the rear connection to the suspension is difficult. You'd have to dismantle the front and adjust the angle, which is quite labor-intensive. My 2017 Kodiak 380 High Power 4WD just got it installed. The driving experience shows impressive chassis stability and strong rear wheel support. I've upgraded the rear trailing arm, stabilizer bar, bushings, and rear control rods. With these enhancements, the vehicle's rear stability is ready for mid-level off-road performance. For drivers who prioritize stability, this product is an excellent choice.
