took a couple of weeks to arrive, almost canceled the order. I'm glad that I waited. \n\nwhen the parcel arrived, there was no protective packaging, and the box had gotten wet and was falling apart. I'm happy to say that all the contents were still there. \n\nafter charging, I was able to shower from a 5 liter pail. the charge went down 10%, so I should easily get 7+ showers before recharging. \n\nI discovered 4 problems, all of which were easily repairable, but the manufacturer or reseller should fix these. \n\n1. poor packaging, especially for international shipping. \n2. the hose is too short to reach from the pail on the ground to my head. I purchased and installed a 2 meter hose. \n3. I also installed a quick-connect between the hose and the pump. now there is no need to drag the hose and showerhead to the charger. \n4. the instructions are in Chinese. Google Lens for the win! you MUST read the instructions.
