This is one of the few bad reviews. The light arrived many days ago, but no one came to install it, and no one contacted me. They told me to find an installer myself. I found one, but then they said it wasn't needed because their installer would come in the afternoon. I couldn't find an installer for many days. To avoid refunding the full installation fee, they said an installer would come in the afternoon. The installation fee was 60, but they only refunded 50.
