I purchased their product with a mix of emotions. I was looking for a decent dish rack. Based on their photos and descriptions, I decided to buy it. The rack itself seemed okay, but the two drip trays had gaps where they were welded, which concerned me. I got in touch with their customer service, sent them photos, and they agreed to send two new trays. They even provided me with the tracking number for the replacements. The customer service representative asked me for a positive review, and I told them I would give one if I was satisfied. After waiting for two days, expecting the package, I checked the order status online. It indicated that the item had been picked up by a distribution center. However, the next day, the status changed to \\\"sender canceled shipment.\\\" I researched this situation online, and one possibility suggested malicious interception. Given their breach of agreement, I thought about penalizing them and requested half the product's price as compensation. After some discussion, they agreed to compensate me 30 yuan, which was quite disappointing. I expressed to them that product quality is fundamental to any business, and their product had inherent quality issues. Furthermore, I emphasized that honest business practices are essential for a company's standing. By misleading consumers with the shipment and then maliciously intercepting it, they violated the principles of honest business. Lastly, I pointed out that they had damaged the platform's credibility in the eyes of consumers. I mentioned that I was considering filing a complaint on the platform or with consumer protection agencies. They, however, remained unresponsive. After considerable thought, I proposed that they resend the item once more. The trays have now arrived, but their quality is still not ideal. This entire shopping experience has left me feeling quite disheartened.
