I contacted customer service about missing items, and they mentioned there's no stock available for replacements. They suggested I wait for an automatic refund from the system. It's good to keep this in mind for future customers.

I tried to ask for a refund, but it didn't get any attention. When I followed up, they just mentioned that I would have to wait for the system to process an automatic refund.
