To be administered 30 minutes after meal.Contraindication:Potassium supplements should not be used in pets with hyperkalemia (high blood potassium levels), renal failure, severe renal impairment, untreated Addison's disease, acute dehydration, or in pets with GI motility impairment.Precaution:Use cautiously in animal with renal disease. Dogs with calcium oxalate stones must undergo surgery to remove them. Do not use with potassium penicillin or potassium bromide. Toxicity from high potassium concentration can be dangerous.
