2nd order, but I have been using berberine supplement for a while now. It does seem to work, I do not feel the tightening in my left chest when I take berberine.

I take 1 capsules in the AM and 2 in the afternoon and works really well. My grumbling stomach reminds me of when I need to eat and can probably go most of the day without even thinking of food. This works GREAT! Definitely controls the sweet cravings. So happy to try this product and will continue.
