IMPORTANT:Remember that a new lithium-ion battery will only reach its peak performance and lifespan after completing 2 to 3 charge and discharge cycles. After 2 to 3 cycles, you will never need to condition your battery again! All talk and standby times are approximate and depend on your carrier's network settings, signal strength, and selected features. All our batteries have the highest level of safety protection. Including overcharge protection, overheat protection, overload protection, short circuit protection, efficient temperature control.Best tips to extend battery performance:Shut down your device from time to time. Many smartphone users leave their phones on for days or even weeks. It is wise to shut down your phone every day or a few days, even for a few minutes. This gives it a chance to refresh itself, clear running tasks and memory caches, making it happy again and again.Battery Charging Tips:If you are charging your device overnight, make sure to place it in a well-ventilated area.Make sure you are using a compatible charger. Incompatible chargers are one of the main causes of malfunctions. If possible, you should charge your phone when the battery reaches around 20%, not 0%. Letting the battery fully discharge to 0% is not good for lithium-ion batteries.Feedback:Dear Customer: Please do not leave neutral (or negative) feedback or open the phone case easily, please feel free to write to me.We will do our best to solve your problem.
