Start the machine and heat the temperature to the preset 150-180 degrees.2. Turn on the handle switch and adjust the gluing speed to more than 40%.3. Feed in the edge band, test the amount of glue applied, and it is best if the amount of glue applied to the edge band is evenly filled with the edge band and will not overflow.4. How to adjust the amount of glue:a. First, adjust the thickness of the edge band press plate(on the front of the machine), so that the gap between the edge band press plate and the gluing wheel is about the thickness of the edge band, and test the amount of glue again.b.
