I tried it in the store, both through a mixer (inputting into the line on the TX) and directly with the mic from the TX, including the lavalier mic, and it all worked well.\n However, if you input the audio signal into the line (Line) on the TX in the same channel as the lavalier mic (with Mic/Line options), *you need to use a sub-mixer to help.\n 1. It helps reduce gain from signals that might come in too strong, which can cause distortion.\n 2. You need to use an equalizer from the sub-mixer to reduce mid-range and boost treble and bass, because from my experience, the signal coming into the Line channel has a lot of mid-range.\n\nThe downside that bothers me a bit is the sound monitoring in the headphone jack of the RX. The sound doesn't match what’s in the video or live stream. The sound in the headphones is bright and clear, while in the video it’s more mid-range to bassy, making it hard to adjust the EQ.\n\nThere are plenty of other reviews on YouTube and TikTok, though.
