Cheap, does the job, but its not really a 7.5kw heater. It will say 7kw on the screen, but the max power draw is only around 4kw according to my solar inverter screen that shows power consumption. It's fine, it heats the water to my preferred temperature of 40C. I've bought 2 units, no issue with either. The first one is about a year old na and still working.
