Shipping out from store was very fast and safe, but the package delay a bit at (my) destination country with unclear tracking recorded. The Item is very good for the price, and very useful to detect hot spot, warm surface, temperature leakage, etc. It can take good 512x384 pixels pictures as here uploaded. Everything is fine, only the diopter adjustment is so far not enough for my +300 eye. I just have to wear my reading glasses to see sharp trough the viewer.
