The bubble wrap is intact but the outer box is ripped, seal was broken too, the inner box is ripped too and it was rotated so you can't tell on the outside if it the inner box was damaged too. Fortunately the unit is fine and has no damage or scratches. I am satisfied on the item but not happy on the packanging. I don't know if the seller shipped a damaged pack or the courier damaged and repacked it.
