The windows system itself works great. Genuine windows, genuine microsoft office. battery life isn't bad either, lasts about 5 hrs light use/standby, charges to 90% in 2 hours. It's just like having a VERY portable PC which is exactly what I needed. Customer service is 5 stars. Highly responsive via third party app AND Lazada chat. If the customer service were less than it were, I would have never pushed through with this purchase because of the cons.\n\nCONS: delivery took about a month and I had to shell out 2000 more since the model I wanted wasn't available. the first keyboard didn't work, and the second one lags. it looks a lot like I'm gonna buy an external bluetooth keyboard for it cos the lag is so bad. It's going to mainly be for word processing. Yes they provided a separate bluetooth keyboard but it's also not THAT pleasant to type on, is my issue with it. \n\nyou barely hear the speakers but I use a headset/speakers so it's not an issue for me. \n\nUnless I update then it's working as intended.

The store service is very good, the laptop is convenient to carry out, the tablet computer is a two-in-one win11 system, the product is installed with Microsoft Office, the keyboard is detachable, suitable for different scenarios of use
