The packaging was complete, the installation was simple, and the overall value is very good. I originally planned to use it on my small balcony just to store shoes I don't wear often, but after buying it, I realized it can actually hold more than just shoes, but also small items. It's quite good, with ample space and easy installation. It's a great value for money, and the installation is relatively simple. I would recommend it to my friends. The large rack can hold four pairs of shoes for adults.
