    Buyer notes:

1: about the collection of freight

The freight is paid by the buyer. The freight shown on Taobao is not the final freight, but only a reference, because the actual freight calculation is quite complicated (the weight of the goods after packaging, the place of receipt, and the choice of the courier company are required, three elements), the commonly used express delivery in our store is: first choice for Yunda, please contact our store for other freight again), the final freight is subject to the actual amount charged by the courier company, we can inform you of the charging standard of express delivery in different locations. According to the weight, the actual amount charged shall prevail, and more refunds and less supplements shall be made. Of course, if the seller does not require the buyer to make up the freight according to the situation, however, if the seller has overcharged goods in the wholesale store, it will be returned in time (it needs to be returned after receiving the goods, sometimes it also needs to be reminded by the buyer). If you order multiple items online, the freight may be repeated (it is better to add purchase order first and combine the payment). If the freight is repeated, please don't pay urgently. Please inform the customer manager to modify the freight, if you pay, of course, we can also return or reissue our products to make up for it.

2: about after-sales processing methods

It is normal for the wholesale industry to have a certain failure rate (the wholesale profit is low, mainly the running Volume. People who want a very small amount of goods should not pester the seller for the reason that the goods received have problems). If our products have quality problems, please keep them well. After-sales processing can be carried out within 6 months after receiving the goods (for example, if the goods are received on March 2, 2012, after-sales service must be carried out before September 30, 2012), the timeout depends on the situation and does not necessarily accept after-sales applications. In addition, after-sales processing can be carried out only if the appearance is not damaged and the appearance is not old (the dirty and old ones will not be replaced), and can be sent back when a certain amount is accumulated in the future (the freight is paid by the buyer), after receiving the goods, our store will make up for the next shipment (excluding the renewal fee of after-sales products).

3. Precautions when receiving

Our delivery is generally to be boxed, and it is wrapped with laminating film for external use. The packaging is firm and complete. Please carefully check whether the carton packaging has been opened or damaged before signing. If there is any abnormality, please contact me by phone, or open the carton to check whether the goods are damaged, missing, and incorrect; The risk of damage, missing, and incorrect items is delivered to the goods (signed by the buyer) the seller shall bear it before; The buyer shall bear it after delivery (the buyer signs for it), and the seller shall not be responsible for the above risks; If the seller signs for it first and then opens the package to check, the buyer shall require the carrier to supervise on the spot and open the package to check; If any inconsistency is found, the buyer shall contact the seller in time, add details on the receipt and ask the carrier to sign and confirm.

4: about inventory the inventory displayed on the Internet actually expresses the supply capacity more, because the inventory fluctuates greatly when engaged in physical operation, and it is difficult to keep up with the webpage update in time, so the number on some commodities is large, however, there may be temporary out-of-stock or insufficient quantity. However, the figures on some products show very little, but there are more stocks. Therefore, it is better to consult first after ordering.

5: about delivery time

This store is a physical store located in Shenzhen Huaqiang North mobile phone accessories wholesale market. The online business hours are generally 10:30-21:30. The shipment is packed in the order of payment time. 22: before 00, it was sent to the delivery staff of the courier company. The goods were delivered the next day when the time was not enough. Most of the courier companies entered the warehouse at about 21:00 p.m. for scanning, and the goods were loaded and delivered at about 23:00 p.m, in fact, it is the same whether it is delivered to them in the morning or afternoon, so some anxious buyers should understand the delivery time of our store. Don't think that the goods should be delivered to the courier company early in the morning, even if the delivery is timely, in fact, there are blank orders from many express companies in our store. If you enter the order number in advance, it means that the goods have been delivered. Although this can make buyers feel that the delivery is fast, however, the transportation time of the goods will not have any impact. In addition, due to the busy working hours, there is no time to enter the order number after the express delivery, but to go back at night to make up the record, buyers should not judge that the delivery is not timely according to their own feelings. Thank you for your support!
