⚠️ USAGE PRECAUTIONS — PLEASE READ BEFORE USE 1. Maximum range is 25mm. DO NOT measure objects larger than 25mm. Forcing beyond 25mm will break the micrometer. 2. Always use the RATCHET to tighten, never the thimble. Stop rotating when you hear 3 "click" sounds. Over-tightening will damage the measuring surface. 3. Before each use, check ZERO: Close measuring faces → ratchet 3 clicks → display must show 0.000mm. If not, press ZERO button to calibrate. 4. After use, leave a small gap (0.5mm) between measuring faces. Do NOT store fully closed — temperature changes will deform the tool. 5. Apply anti-rust oil on metal parts after use. Store in the protective case separately. 6. Do NOT measure rough, dirty, or oily surfaces. This will scratch the precision measuring faces. The micrometer cannot be rotated to the lowest point, such as a maximum of 25, and cannot exceed 25.
