INDICATIONS: Helps to maintain strong and healthy bones, reduce risk of osteoporosis, prevents Calcium deficiency, and also for conditions that require increased Calcium intake.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Take one (1) tablet daily, should be taken with food. Not recommended for children under 6 years. Follow all directions given to you by your doctor and pharmacist carefully.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Contraindicated in patients with hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria, nephrolithiasis, hypervitaminosis D, and hypophosphataemia.
